Our cleaners are reminded to exercise additional caution when carrying out house cleaning services. However, should there be any damage during the cleaning service by our cleaner, we will be liable up to a maximum sum of S$100.00. If it is due to wear and tear, we will not be held responsible.
You can reschedule or cancel your service up to 72 hours before your appointment. Call us or email your cancellation or reschedule request.
If you want to reschedule or cancel your service less than 24 hours before your appointment window, you may be charged a $25 fee at our discretion.
